New Wire T-shirts

The world is in a mess and winter is setting in here in the Northern hemisphere — but we’ve some Wire T-shirts to help battle the gloom!

After the success of the last pair of short-run shirts, we are on to the second set. Like with the previous issue, we are combining a classic with a new twist on an old theme. For those that missed out on the last pair, which are mainly gone, the idea is we just make a small amount of each design for mail-order only. We also try to cover all potential adult sizes from small to 4XL. In fact, if you are a 4XL or 3XL, it might be worth checking on all the T-shirt designs we have in stock as we are trying to cover this size in all designs.

We are also always working to keep the Pink Flag, Chairs Missing and 154 photographic designs in stock, including white Pink Flag ones, because they have proved to be perennial favourites. We also brought back stock from the aborted 2020 tour of Mind Hive. T-shirts in blue and orange flavours are available. When these are gone, they are gone!

Update on live shows

2020 has thrown our industry into disarray and Wire are no exception. We don’t think it will come as a surprise to anyone that there is no way to make work dates in Europe we previously rescheduled from May 2020 to March 2021 — and those originally planned for North America in October 2020, which we tried to reschedule to May 2021. So we have decided to refund everyone who bought tickets rather than reschedule them yet again with no real certainty we can fulfil the obligations. This will enable us to make a proper plan for 2022 and configure a concept with a schedule we can fulfil at a time when  it is as safe for us to tour as it is for you to come and see us without anyone having to social distance!

The European shows should get automatically refunded starting from 10a.m. on Tuesday 24 November. For North American shows, refunds will be available upon request at the point of purchase from Friday 20 November.

Be in no doubt that Wire will be back — and until then, we will all be keeping safe and hope you will be too!
